When to submit the reservation form:

Large Events (100+ attendees) |
1st day of month, 2 months in advance |

Medium-sized Events (20-100 attendees) |
1st day of month, 1 month in advance |
| Small Meetings (less than 20 attendees) | 2 weeks in advance |
| Ongoing Monthly Events (RPMs and KRGs) | December 1 for following year or December 1 and June 1 for following 6 months |
FACILITY USAGE REQUIREMENTS
1. There must be a designated person-in charge present to supervise the entire activity from beginning to end, including setup and breakdown.
2. Promotional materials and flyers not originating from the SGI must be approved by the staff prior to display or distribution to the public.
3. Food and beverages may be served and consumed only in the Cafeteria, unless approved beforehand by the Culture Center Office Manager.
4. Children must be supervised at all times by parents or qualified adults.
5. Nothing is to be attached directly to the walls. The use of tape and stickpins for this or any other purpose is not permitted.
6. All usage areas must be left in the condition in which they were found. Please refer to the facility inspection checklist for specific guidelines and requirements.
